GUEST REGULATION

GENERAL INDICATIONS

Welcome and thank you for your choice. Please read carefully these rules that every guest must respect in order to avoid disturbance or damage to others guests and our structure.
Disrespecting this regulation may lead to the termination of the contract with economic and legal consequences. Depending on the severity of the guests’ actions, the Management may request the intervention of the police or remove the guests from the accommodations even without notice. In both cases, the amount of the stay booked will be charged in full.
For anything not explicitly mentioned in this regulation, reference is made to current rules for good behavior. Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of these regulations.
The Management reserves the right to modify these regulations in any moment, for reasons of expediency and functioning of the services.

BALANCE PAYMENT

The payment of the balance for your stay can be arranged in advance or on arrival.

CHANGES TO BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

– In case of late arrival respecting the booking dates no refund will be recognized and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
– In case of early departure respecting the booking dates no refund will be recognized and the full amount of the stay will be charged.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 12:00
Check-out: before 10:00
The rooms are available from 12:00 AM on the day of arrival and must be left by 10:00 AM on the departure date unless otherwise agreed with the Management.

ENTRANCE IN THE STRUCTURE

Whenever guests enter the structure they must be easily recognizable, avoiding therefore the use of accessories that would make identification impossible (glasses dark, hood, particularly opaque hats, etc).
Use of personal protection equipment (PPE) is allowed order to protect everyone’s health.

PAPERS

– On arrival ALL guests must present valid identification documents with the aim of communicating attendance to the competent police authorities (including minors). Otherwise the management must refuse hospitality.
Accepted documents: identity card, passport or driving license.
– ACCEPTANCE OF MINORS: the minimum age to rent a room is 18 years. Minors will be accepted only if in possession of an authorization signed by the parents (or legal tutors), with their telephone numbers and a copy of their documents.

REPORTING OF VISITS

Guests are strictly prohibited from letting people who are not part of the management enter the room for reasons of public safety.
Visits, even for a very short time, must be authorized by the Management and the visitors must necessarily present an identification document.

NON-DECLARED EXTERNAL GUESTS

It is absolutely forbidden to let people who have not been regularly registered in the room by the Management stay overnight.
Any people who stay overnight in the same room as a guest, but not declared at the time of booking or on arrival, will be charged to the reservation owner with a rate increased by 50% on the daily price with the faculty for the Management to report to the police authorities all unauthorized persons found inside the structure.
The Management reserves the right to keep the CCTV footage as evidence of the guest’s wrongdoing.

SILENCE

At any time it is forbidden to make any noise that could disturb other guests and residents in the building especially during the hours of rest that go from 14:30 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 8:30.
Guests are requested not to speak loudly and not to shout, the use of the television or radio is allowed at moderate volume.
Please also respect the stairs of the building.

SMOKE

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in all internal areas of the structure.
Smoking is only allowed on the balconies or on the terrace, making sure that no smoke enters the room.

CLOTHING

Proper clothing is requested in all common areas of the structure. It’s also not allowed walking barefoot.

BEHAVIOR

– When the air conditioner is on, make sure the windows are closed. Guests must turn off the room lights, the air conditioner and the TV when they are not in their rooms.
– Do not throw diapers, sanitary towels, cigarettes, paper or other bulky material into the toilet. Use the special baskets. The costs for a possible purging in case of clogging, will be charged to the guest.
– It is forbidden to use drugs and introduce weapons, knives, sticks or blunt objects.

DAMAGES

– Guests are required to pay compensation for any damage caused by them or by people under the their responsibility.
– The Management does not assume responsibility for any damage to equipment due to force majeure (sudden blackouts, power surges, etc).

THEFT AND LOSS

– Guests are required to take care of the objects they own and to make sure to close the door and windows when they leave their room to avoid robbery.
– The Management will not be responsible for any theft or loss.
– In case of lack of any item supplied in the rooms, their value will be charged to the guest.

ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed.

CHANGE OF LINEN

The change of towels and sheets will be done every 2 days.
If expressly requested by the guest, the change of towels and sheets can be also done daily with a supplement payment.
In case of missing linen the management will charge them to the guest account.

UNEXPECTED

In the event of a suspension of the supply of electricity (due to Edison) or water (due to the Aqueduct) or other causes of force majeure, the Management disclaims any responsibility and is not required to make any refunds.

INFO

– Guests are asked not to disturb the building’s condominiums for any information.
– For any information and any requests, the Management is at complete disposal of the guests in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
